I wish to Thank You for the unexpected Birthday card. I want you to know that the entire team has provided a safe and happy environment since April for my wife and I with very little change to our lifestyle. Each and every one of you has provided answers to questions or provided a needed service with a smile and a “Happy to do it” attitude.

My husband, Chuck, and myself were some of the first people to move into this brand new, beautiful Affinity of Eagan 55+ apartment community on July 13th , moving from a 5 bedroom 2 level home to this wonderful one level apartment community.

I have always said anticipation is usually twice as great as actually. In the case of Affinity at Eagan, this is not true. The property and Penny and her staff have exceeded expectations and have worked with residents to correct minor situations that may have happened while maintaining respect. This venture will take time for it to become perfect but the concept is great and as residents and staff continues to grow it will be great. I do like that all of us seem to be jelling into a family.

I have lived at Affinity since July and absolutely love it. The staff is the best and can find anything! I have met the nicest people and would highly recommend. There is always something to do.

You are the best!!! The apartments and amenities are wonderful! The staff takes care of any problems or needs – they are always there to help. I love it here and will recommend it to everyone!

The day we came to check out Affinity we left knowing we found our new home. Great, friendly staff. Helpful, pleasant & very people oriented. Plenty to do, clubs you can join & if you have something you want to share. Join us. We welcome everyone to enjoy life!

The staff at Affinity are wonderful. They make you feel so special. Also the people are all so friendly & we are having fun setting up a schedule of activities. The heated salt water pool is very large and a nice warm hot tub is right by it. I am so glad I chose Affinity to call my new home.

We have lived here for a month now. Lease signing and move in process was easy, the staff here extremely helpful. The location is awesome, we love the outlet mall across the street and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

It’s been only two months, but I already know that I made the right decision to move to Affinity. I am impressed with what it offers its residents. The amenities are fabulous.
