We will be HOSTING an Affinity Festival for ALL Affinity Residents from our sister communities (Affinity at Southpark Meadows and Affinity at Round Rock). The residents from these Communities will be joining us here at our Community for a fun day at Affinity! We will be having food trucks, vendors to shop, outdoor games and water volleyball in the pool just to name a few! This is a family event so be sure to invite your friends, family and grandkids! 

Affinity Festival 

Our local vendor, Opprotunity Through Sports, is providing 30 lucky residents tickets to the Round Rock Express Baseball Game for FREE! Along with providing transportation. Please call the front office to reserve your ticket. These are sure to go fast! 

All attendees must be able to walk on and off the bus. Wheelchair lifts/ramps will not be available. Please call the front desk with any further questions.

I have lived at Affinity since July and absolutely love it. The staff is the best and can find anything! I have met the nicest people and would highly recommend. There is always something to do.

The staff at Affinity are wonderful. They make you feel so special. Also the people are all so friendly & we are having fun setting up a schedule of activities. The heated salt water pool is very large and a nice warm hot tub is right by it. I am so glad I chose Affinity to call my new home.

We have lived here for a month now. Lease signing and move in process was easy, the staff here extremely helpful. The location is awesome, we love the outlet mall across the street and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.
