  • Cook up your favorite balanced meals and make a little extra, so you don’t have to worry about lunch the next day.

  • Try adding some different seasonal vegetables to your favorite recipes to add some extra texture, color, and nutrition.

  • If you’re not a fan of cooking or want to take some of the pressure off of cooking daily, you could try a meal services. With these services, you can get meals delivered to your door that you can just heat and eat. Plus, you don’t have to deal with cleanup, making it a great, convenient option for nourishing your body when you’re busy.

Get Active

  • Whatever kind of movement you’re into can help support your overall health, so find some activities that you enjoy doing and incorporate them into your regular routine.

  • Going for a swim, walking or hiking with friends, taking a yoga or aerobics class, or playing pickle ball or golf are all great ways to get active and support your physical and mental health.

Exercise Your Brain

  • Your brain needs to stay active too. Activities like puzzles, crosswords, Sudokus, or arts and crafts are great ways to keep your mind sharp.

Prioritize Your Social Life

  • Having a sense of community is essential for your overall well-being. Prioritize meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones.

  • If you’re looking for some new friends who enjoy the same activities that you do, you can join Facebook groups or Meetups of people who share your interests and hobbies.
